花旗参鸡汤

原料

  • 2汤匙植物油
  • 2 杯洋葱末
  • 2汤勺新鲜去皮的生姜片
  • 6 个蒜瓣切成蒜末
  • 1磅去皮去骨的鸡胸肉,切成2-3厘米大小
  • 3杯水
  • 3罐(400克左右)脱脂低钠鸡汤
  • 3杯新鲜或冷冻黄玉米
  • 2 根切片花旗参(或4包花旗参茶)
  • 1/4茶匙盐
  • 1/8 茶匙白胡椒

做法

  • 在焖锅中火热油。 加入洋葱,生姜,大蒜煸2分钟。加入鸡肉炒4分钟。加水和鸡汤煮至沸腾。加入玉米和花旗参煮至沸腾。关小火炖20分钟。加盐和胡椒调味即可。
