1 bowl cooked rice
1 ginseng tea bag
2 Tbs. oatmeal
Salt to taste
Chicken essence or flavor
- Put the cooked rice in a thermos vacuum insulated stainless steel food jar.
- Pour hot water into the jar. Wait 3 minutes, then drain the water.
- Put the ginseng tea bag and oatmeal in the food jar and fill it with boiling water.
- Put the lid on for 4 hours. Season with salt and chicken essence when served.
